Strawberry-Banana Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3/4 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Steps

  1. 1Put the milk and yogurt in the blender first so the blades can spin freely, then add the banana, frozen strawberries, honey, and vanilla.
  2. 2Blend on high about 60 seconds, until completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides if it packs up.
  3. 3Too thick? Splash in more milk. Too thin? A few more frozen berries fix it.
  4. 4Pour into two glasses and drink while it's still frosty.
