Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 cups chopped romaine
  • 2 medium pears, chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 8 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 4 to 6 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
  • Poppy seed Salad Dressing or Balsamic Vinaigrette

Steps

  1. 1On a large platter, layer romaine, pears, cranberries, pecans, bacon and feta cheese. Drizzle with dressing, following your taste. (I estimate that I use about 1/2 cup dressing and 30 pecans.)
