Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • Kosher salt
  • 1 egg beaten

Steps

  1. 1Mix water and yeast in bowl. Add salt, sugar, and flour. Shape on lightly floured surface into pretzels, initials, etc. Place on greased sheet. Brush with beaten egg; sprinkle with kosher salt. Bake at 425° F. for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
